Profile

Noelle joined The Management Centre Team in February 2010 as Head Housekeeper.

Noelle’s love of hospitality began when she was a young girl helping with the Afternoon Tea service in her Aunt’s Hotel in Dundee! This led to her obtaining an HND in Hotel Management & Catering from Blackpool Catering College and from there she spent a year working as a chef for Mövenpick Kitchens in Switzerland.
Noelle has worked in Hotels throughout the country, finally settling in Anglesey in 1995 where she ran The Trearddur Bay Hotel with her husband for 15 years.
Noelle’s attention to detail is second to none and she always ensures The Management Centre is a wonderful place to be.
