Profile:

Emma came to The Management Centre from the Quay Hotel in Deganwy where her position as Head Receptionist saw her overseeing a busy hotel reception. Her previous experience has been varied, with a background including working in 5 star hotels in London, driving a pink taxi, working in Starbucks, studying Interior Design and working as a Flight Supervisor for an international airline for 5 years, there’s nothing she won’t try!!

Emma’s customer service experience is second to none and she is looking forward to bringing that experience to The Management Centre, and with the Accommodation at the Management Centre going from strength to strength, Emma’s addition to the team can help to ensure a smooth process from booking to check out.

Qualification:

Emma is also currently undertaking the University’s Pellach course and is thoroughly enjoying this.
