The Management Centre has a number of scholarships, bursaries and flexible payment options available to individuals and employers wishing to fund training and development.
There are also a number of external routes to funding such as the Workforce Development Fund, Career Development Loans and GO Wales.
ELMS Programme - Funding for training
The Management Centre, Bangor Business School is proud to be an approved provider of training workshops through the ELMS Programme, which aims to enhance leadership and management skills in Wales. The programme is funded through the European Social Fund and delivered through the Welsh Assembly Government.

Who is eligible for ELMS funding?
ELMS is available to private sector businesses based in Wales.
How much funding is available?
The level of funding will depend on the size of the organisation; SME's recieve a 70% subsidy towards the cost of training, while large companies recieve a 50% subsidy which dramatically reduces the cost.
How does it work?
If Course fee is £475...
- SME's (70% funding) will pay: £142.50
- Large Organisations (50% funding) will pay: £237
Go Wales Graduate Training & Development Fund
Private sector small to medium sized businesses in Wales can apply for funding towards the cost of training their graduate-level staff. GO Wales are able to fund training that will result in a recognised qualification and provide a clear benefit to your business. GO Wales can to fund up to 50% of the cost of training, up to £1,500 per eligible employee.
