1. Search engine optimisation. Delegates will learn essential skills to generate more online visitors organically (i.e. for free). You will be able to see, via case studies how Google and other Search Engines are indeed viewing websites.

2. Pay per click. Many businesses are unable to make pay-per-click campaigns profitable. This session reveals the tips and tricks necessary to make money from online advertising, going beyond Google Adwords and also covering Social media assets such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

3. Social media. Everyone knows about Twitter and Facebook. But how many business owners use social media to effectively grow their business? This session shows how it is done and what free software can be used to make it easier for you.
4. Web analytics. A key session revealing the key performance measurement tools that will enable businesses to identify what works and what doesn’t.

5. Online PR. Very few business owners think out of the box when it comes to marketing their business online. This light bulb session will have delegates’ brains buzzing with new revenue generating ideas.

6. Conversion optimisation. Acquiring web traffic by no means guarantees web sales. The truly profitable online businesses know exactly how to turn traffic into sales. This session will help turn your business into ‘conversion city’!
