Meet the Tutors
A 2-day Masterclass that will help you understand how your organisation behaves, through its individuals, teams & culture, and how to recognise organisational misbehaviour
Overview
Every organisation has a culture and a set of systems and processes and this is often encapsulated as “how we do things around here”. Organisations strive towards healthy cultures where individuals’ and teams’ potentials are realised through conducive management and leadership practices. Such practices understand the fundamentals of human nature and how an organisation’s processes & structures and its managers’ actions can influence employee behaviour. Lack of understanding and ignorance of the psychological origins of employee, team and management behaviour can perpetuate a bad culture and organisational misbehaviour.
This Masterclass, therefore, explores key organisational issues through an organisational behaviour (OB) lens, i.e. in terms of the behaviour of individuals, teams, and the strategic/ cultural layers of the organisation. The organisational behaviour lens provides a powerful means to better understand some of the hot topics faced by businesses today, and can be used to inform management and leadership practice.
