Who is it for?

Practising or aspiring senior managers with operational or strategic responsibilities who are accountable for providing leadership to create long-term sustainability and short-term results.

What is involved?

The Diploma for Leaders is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in operational or strategic roles within an organisation or possibly as a self employed business owner. The Diploma develops a comprehensive range of leadership skills from a holistic perspective, providing participants with a broad body of knowledge required by senior managers and leaders. It also enhances self-awareness using diagnostics and self reflection principles. The qualification is best suited to practising senior managers or leaders, due to the more challenging demands of the programme.

Organisational change is examined reviewing the causes of change and its potential effects on an organisation and evaluating and justifying different leadership approaches to enable change.

The high level of flexibility in the programme allow individuals or their employers to custom build a qualification focusing on the key areas that are most relevant to the demands of a specific role, industry or organisation.

The delivery of all these units will have a wide range of teaching and learning methods which includes a high degree of participation and involvement, diagnostics, self reflection and action learning.

What do I need?

There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practising, or aspiring, senior managers with the opportunity to apply this level of learning in to the work-place.
