Our Longer programmes for Senior Managers, Executives & Business Owners are practical and intensive. They are offered in two day blocks so that you can internalise the learning fully and then immediately apply it in your workplace How does this work?

The two days are designed to really stretch you so that you absorb and apply a host of relevant ideas, tools and techniques. The focus of the learning experience is how to make your daily challenges easier and how to grasp the opportunities that might otherwise be missed!

You can then choose to consolidate the learning by completing a short post-course assignment that demonstrates your understanding and proves how you have applied the learning and earn yourself an award or certificate in management accredited by the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
