Leadership & Management for Senior Managers, Executives & Business Owners (Level 7)

These programmes are practical and intensive. They are offered in two day blocks so that you can internalise the learning fully and then immediately apply it in your workplace.

The two days are designed to really stretch you so that you absorb and apply a host of relevant ideas, tools and techniques. The focus of the learning experience is how to make your daily challenges easier and how to grasp the opportunities that might otherwise be missed!

NB: Our fee includes all materials, tuition and refreshments for 2 days (approximately 17 hours of training). Accommodation between the two sessions is recommended as Day One runs into the evening.
