Prepare to change your business’ relationship with change...
A line manager’s guide to preparing, executing and evaluating business change to ensure they get ‘buy-in’ from their people and actually achieve the desired results.
Whether large or small, local, national or international, every company needs to change and evolve with the ever-changing demands of their customers, the economy and life in general. This is a daunting reality for many businesses and at worst, it is crippling. Poorly planned change leads to poorly supported change and ultimately poorly executed change. This has substantial financial implications for any company.
The companies that consistently survive are the companies which facilitate their people to take change in their stride, seeing it as a motivating challenge rather than an overwhelming threat. The good news is that all companies can learn to manage their people successfully through change.
Who is this Workshop for?
This workshop is particularly useful for those in management and leadership roles where employee buy-in is critical for the implementation of change directives.
What is covered?
This workshop introduces its delegates to the current thinking on change management and more importantly to the tried and tested tools used in effective change management.
In this 3 hour workshop, delegates
- will be introduced to the key concepts and skills for managing their people successfully through change
- will have the opportunity to apply these skills in practical exercises and to discuss the relevance of these concepts to their own circumstances
- will have the opportunity to discuss and share ‘best practice’ with their fellow delegates
- will leave with a formulated plan to effectively implement a change initiative in their own businesses, demonstrating the real world application of the workshop content.
What do our previous delegates think?
From time to time we will update this page with a cross section of the various testimonial comments we receive from our previous course delegates.
What do I get?
In addition to all the practical benefits from this jam packed workshop you will also receive a CPD workshop attendance certificate which you use to evidence your personal commitment to improving your knowledge and skills.
