Creating & Achieving Breakthrough Goals

Goal-setting is not rocket science but it is the platform from which to launch your business objectives and personal achievements!

Identifying goals and achieving goals are frequently misaligned concepts which can have very costly consequences; this workshop uses tried and tested practical frameworks to allow delegates re-align the creation and achievement of their goals with breakthrough results.

A step-by-step guide for business owners and line managers to create, formulate and deliver on powerful business goals that really make a difference to the bottom line. This workshop also helps people who need to manage and appraise others to ensure individuals goals and objectives support the organisations overall goals.

While this workshop has universal suitability, it is particularly useful for those in management and leadership roles where planning, strategy and completion deadlines are an everyday reality, often with significant financial implications.

What is covered?

From understanding how to effectively set goals to supporting others in achieving their goals, this workshop looks at a number of key skills for creating, formulating and delivering breakthrough goals with bottom-line impact, for business owners and individuals alike.

In this 3 hour workshop, delegates

• will learn about and explore key skills for creating and achieving breakthrough goals
• will have the opportunity to apply these skills to practical exercises and to discuss the relevance of these concepts to their own circumstances
• will have the opportunity to discuss and share ‘best practice’ with their fellow delegates
• will leave with a formulated plan to accomplish an important/imminent goal from their own businesses/lives, demonstrating the real world application of the workshop content.

What happens then?

You will be sent joining instructions for your selected Workshop 7 days before the event outlining all the relevant information including how to find us, where to register your attendance when you arrive and detailing any pre-session work you may need to complete. If you apply less than 7 days before the workshop we will get the information to you as quickly as possible.

How much does this workshop cost?

As a half day workshop our headline price is £95. However, you may be eligible for funding up to a maximum of 70% which brings the cost to you down to £28.50.
