In this intense day you will not only learn the mechanics but you will also be taught how to apply that learning to bring projects in on cost, on deadline and in a way that really makes a difference to the bottom line. The day is designed to give you both hands on experience and also a managerial overview of its use.

Microsoft Project is a planning and management tool that enables those involved in projects to monitor and control the progress of their projects.

This one day course will give you a strong insight into the basic principles of Project Management as well as the use of Microsoft Project as a support tool. It will help familiarise you with Microsoft Project, a perfect introduction to the software, describing some of its concepts and capabilities. You will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on entering project activities, estimating durations, linking activities, and assigning resources to activities.
